ALAM AMAZING ADVENTURE PACKAGES |

Overall, the Alam Mt Batur trek is highly recommended. A once in a lifetime opportunity that you MUST do!!!
Things to pack are some snacks for the top. Don't have them in plastic bags if you can help it as there are monkeys on top of the volcano. Also a light jacket because it is quite cool in the morning and a head torch is handy too.
Do the trip, you won't regret it and do it with Alam........awesome day! David and Michael
The tour info center that we booked with recommended ALAM RAFTING highly as they apparently get the best customer satisfaction ratings and we weren't disappointed. It's true, ALAM has the longest rafting route (start early on the river and continue going long past all the other companies). The tour guides are well versed in English and are fun and accommodating. My favorite part of the river was getting out to swim in a little area where you could do some climbing and jump into the river. This was near the end and where most other companies did not have access to. Ian S
This is my first rafting ever and this is really great and extreme course to finish all the route take like 2,5 hours so many turn and curve and the last is jump from 4meters dam wow amazing and specially to our guide Mr. Tiger did really great job, finish by nice set buffet lunch with all smile around us Thank you and thank you Highly recommended. TEGUH n VINA
My teenagers n I are novice cyclists and were initially rather worried about the biking trip. (The truth is - I've not cycled for almost two decades!)
We were given extremely impressed with the extra care, assurance, patience and help rendered by the Banyan Tree staffs who were accompanying us all the way!
They are professional, careful and I should say, sacrificial too!
There were several times we were almost falling off while going uphills n downhills... they were so quick in their reactions to "save" us. KATE GREENHALGH
My Mum & I had a fantastic time rafting with ALAM Amazing Adventures on our trip to Bali in August 2011. We booked though MBA Tours (who highly recommended ALAM to us) and they were spot on! The bus ride from Kuta was comfortable, air conditioned & provided beautiful scenery (yet long, to get up into the hills). Having the opportunity to white water raft for up to 2 hours is a definite advantage of using ALAM as some other companies do not offer such long routes. The staff were also very understanding and attentive (as my Mum had never rafted before!!). The showers and lunch provided (with a great view) were a great end to a really fantastic day! One of the best days of the trip for us- I would highly recommend ALAM for your next adventure in Bali! Melissa K
To enjoy the sunrise from the best vantage point of the Tengger Caldera, is a unique experience. you can enjoy this view while not exclusive, despite all it's a beautiful experience to be here under, when the sun rises slowly. The landscape with the huge crater and all the smoking chimneys reminiscent of a Martian landscape, it feels like being in a movie. Be sure to come here and do not forget warm jacket! MARIA KACZMOUSKA
Woke up early morning about 4 am, Jeep driver brought us to Paltuding (post of PHPA).
From Licin to Paltuding it was taking about 2 hours driving. Then, walking more 3,5 Km. Better you bring some bottles of water, because the road is climbing until 3 km (2400 m).
Here that you will meet the second post, where the sulfur transporter will report how many kilograms they bring. Today, they only get 700 rupiah per kilos. One person handling 50-70 Kg, that is a hard work. "No other job available", they said.
Watch how is wonderful view of the crater. Wear breathing protect here and not climb down to the crater. Because when you make a stone fall down, it means a big trouble for sulfur transporter. TOBY COSH
The night trekking on Mount Agung and 'physically trying experience but also a great satisfaction. Normally you get up around midnight or one o'clock at night at base camp and then with the help of a local guide, we proceed to climb the last 4 / 5 hours to get to the top of the mountain (3,100 meters) and see 'dawn. You have to be in the form because 'not' a walk, you need appropriate shoes, jacket for the cold night wind, water and food. Better if there 'so the full moon' and 'can enjoy the night view, reached the summit is expected dawn and then again for the return (2 ½ hours). ALAM Trekking are well organize the transport to the base camp and guide us. ELIJA HOUGHTON
